Our course are designed for student who want to improve their English language skills and familiarise themselves with studying at the college before starting their main programme with SpringBoard College | International.  

The classes focus on learning in all aspects of languages such as writing, speaking, listening, reading by following the Cambridge university press material. These classes build on the language from the main sessions, with a focus on communication and practical skills. All our lessons give students the opportunity to learn and use English in realistic situations, and our teachers give regular homework to help you practice.

English Language Preparation  for  
Foundation Diploma Programmes ( Year 1 (KH/LA) or Year 0 (UK/AUS/NZ) or Freshmen (US/CAN))

This programme will prepare you to progress to your chosen Foundation Diploma Programmes at SpringBoard College | International. You will need an Academic IELTS for 4.5 overall (min 5.0 in writing and no other skills less than 4.0) or equivalent to start the  Foundation Diploma Programmes  . If you have Academic IELTS overall (min 4.0 in all skills) or equivalent, you will need one term of English Language Preparation.
One Term (10 weeks)
  • To progress to Foundation Diploma Programmes (Level 4)
  • You will need an Academic IELTS 4.5 overall (minimum 5.0 in writing and no other skills less than 4.0)

English Language Preparation for
Bachelor degree (Year 2 (KH/LA) or Year 1 (UK/AUS/NZ) or Sophomore (US/CAN))

This programme is for students who need to increase their English language level before starting the Year one (Year 2, KH/LA). You will need an Academic IELTS 5.5 overall or equivalent to start the degree programme.
  • One term course (10 weeks): If you have Academic IELTS for UKVI 4.5 overall (min 4.0 in all skills), you can join our one-term intensive English Language Preparation course before starting year 1 of degree programme.
  • 8 week course: If you have Academic IELTS for UKVI 5.0 overall (min 4.0 in all skills), you can start any intake before starting the Year One in the following intake.
